I learned about a process for reprogramming your mind called Neuro Linguistic Programming, or NLP.  I found some wonderful ways to make changes quickly.  But it didn't stop there.  That lead me to the study of hypnosis, where I became a certified hypnotherapist.

Another obstacle was when a smoker used cigarettes to fill emotional needs.  I studied Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) with the founder, Gary Craig.  This was a wonderful  addition to help the smoker take control.

Individual Sessions - This program is very effective.  We charge a set fee of $139 for three appointments, three to seven days apart.  Most people will stop smoking or cut back to only one or two cigarettes a day after the first session.  The next two sessions will usually be ten times more powerful and effective than the first session.  This is to reinforce your new behavior and make it permanent, so you never have the urge to smoke again.

Since most people stop smoking after the first session, you may wonder why have multiple sessions.  It has been my experience that some people will stop smoking for months or even years, and then something will trigger an urge and they start smoking again.  Our goal is to help you become a non-smoker for life.
